Throughout the event, I’ll step away at key moments to capture aerial footage—watching closely for sunset light, shifting skies, and those dramatic weather changes that elevate the visuals. While I’m focused on creating those sweeping cinematic perspectives, my second photographer remains fully inside, ensuring not a single moment is missed on the dance floor or during the celebration.

Capturing Life's Moments – One Click at a Time!
I’ve been photographing weddings in the Hudson Valley and beyond for over 15 years, and somehow I still get just as excited as I did in the beginning. I actually fell in love with wedding photography after shooting my own destination wedding in Barbados. Wild story, ask me about it sometime.
Above Weddings is a husband and wife team based in beautiful Saugerties, New York. We are laid back, calm, organized, and ready for whatever the day throws at us. Weddings are real, emotional, sometimes chaotic, but always meaningful (That’s the good stuff).
I’m big on capturing the full story. The quiet moments before the ceremony. The deep breaths. The belly laughs. The tearful hugs. The dance floor madness. All of it matters. I want your photos to feel like you, not like something staged or forced.
